In fact, so convoluted is the matter that identifying the problem has itself become a source of angst and hand-wringing amongst the disparate populace that makes up the kaleidoscope of Kashmir. It is increasingly being understood that merely "eliminating" poster boys and dreaded terrorists will not take the situation to a logical and favourable conclusion and therefore much more needs to be done on the psychological, economic-social, and other factors.
