BOOK OVERVIEW:
Ethnomedicine and Aromatherapy is designed as a reference book for M.Sc. students, Research scholar, Herbalists and for students of Pharmacognosy and pharmacological sciences. A large part of this book is a compilation based on field observation and Ph. D. works. A number of selected references and bibliography are given in part IV to support description and interpretation. Besides, this book also contains color photographs of 144 species along with their botanical names. Language of this book is lucid and easily understandable. ABOUT THE AUTHOR:
Dr. Vijai Malik has got his M.Sc., M.Phil. and Ph.D from CCS University, Meerut UP (India). He has 15 years of teaching experience. He has published more than 50 research paper in national and international journal of repute. He has participated in several national and international seminars and symposia. He is the life member of several societies concerned with Botanical and Environmental research. Presently, Dr. Malik is actively engaged in teaching and research in the field of Plant Taxonomy, Ethnobotany and Conservation Biolog. |
