The volume includes the paintings reproduced in colour, with brief notes on each painting by Asitkumar himself. His son, Adhish Haldar gives a short biographical note on the artist. The volume has been edited by Supriya Roy and Sushobhan Adhikary and annotated with an introduction by the editors.
