We have produced a system of education in India in which students can pass through the primary class to the doctoral studies without ever studying a Hindu scripture. In this way we uproot them from their ancient tradition. This has been done in the name of secularism in order to please all religious groups, especially those who are opposed to Hindus.
Obviously it is a policy of cultivating ignorance of what makes India what it is and of drying it up at its very roots, a continuation of the British imperial policies. As a result a system of education was created in which generations of Indians have grown up who are called Hindus, but who do not know why they are called Hindus. They may copy some rituals done by their parents of neighbours. But that is about all. They have the name but not its substance. People who were not Hindus created their history. They destroyed their ways of living their temples and idols their ideals and social institutions. This tradition continues even today. |
