This speaks of a divide hitherto unexplored or only improperly explored. Besides, in case of any serious ailments of their near and dear ones, what do such people do? Do they leave them uncared altogether or submit totally to the will of God? Could they have any alternative approach to tackle such problems?
The book incorporates profiles of health cultures from India, as observed by a section of anthropologists, who are found committed to develop an area of academic specilization: the Medical Anthropology.
