We are often told taht we are living in information age and indeed this a truth that seems self-evident: communications and information technologies pervade our homes, our work nesses, our school and even our bodies. Communications technology have great potential to influence people, change lives and shape history. So even in war of today the significance of communication has inacreased to a great extent.
