Several educational reforms were made as an effort to redress the imbalances of the past, to make education accessible and equitable to all its citizens and to promote democracy in educational institutions. It is indeed high time that the incorporation between the theory and praxis in education found the deserved priority in the national policy goals in a global perspective. The present book is a compendium of fourteen important papers presented and written by eminent experts. It is earnestly hoped that the papers published in the book will throw light on the integration of theory and praxis, and take proper strategies.
