The Western World has established satellites, for providing education to its learners. The developing countries are also tries are also trying to set up radio and the television centres especially for educational progress. Because of the fact that the developing countries are short of funds to provide infrastructure for distance education the speed with which they are providing distance education is not very quick. But even then countries like India are trying to create infrastructure for distance education and to the students of secondary school.
