In the recent past, many universities have introduced a new paper entitle "Biology for Chemists". This new text covers this syllabus. Every attempt has been made to make this text understandable. The complex field of biology has been over-simplified so that this text become useful for chemists who have not studied biology at school level but have to know basic facts about biology. This knowledge is essential for chemistry students who attend post graduate classes in chemistry and related fields.
