The teachers come to the school with social educational and cultural background. In view of the fact that teachers come from various social backgrounds and cultural groups, it is the function of the democratic supervision to convert them to a cultural level which is suited to the needs and aspirations of the society as well as which is according to the culture of the State Administration. The teachers need to develop the attitude towards student which should be democratic and they also need to improve their level of this understanding and education. For this work a continuous programme of improving the teacher method of teaching and the teacher knowledge of the various subjects that they are teaching.
