DESCRIPTION
The present investigation deals with the impact of different types of school organizational climate on children's creativity and academic achievement. It was observed that various schools have different types of organizational climate and the components of the climate are significantly associated with children's (who persue education in these schools) creative persuits as well as their academic achievements. Every school are equal in respect of their goal of rendering education to their students, but it is the climate of a school, cultured in terms of various attributing determinants bring differences in their achievement of the goals.
