DESCRIPTION
Whether it is business or personal life or official life, the role of communication is pivotal and important. Nobody can feel liberty without effective communication. It is, however, true that the communication skill is inbuilt in every human being. But the problem is environment, personal, social, cultural and host of many impersonal factors. The skill of communication is rarely an inherited gift. The majority of us, not blessed with instinctive flair, can nevertheless develop the ability. It is not easy and it needs hard work. It depends partly on acquiring an understanding of technique. It depends also on practical development of competence and confidence, either through on the job coaching by sensitive management of more often off the job in some sort of seminars, workshops, etc. in which it can rapidly build compressed experience.
