The primary object of this book is to present comprehensive vision of weber political sociology. Weber grew up in Germany during the Bismarckian era. He was a political realist and an analyst of power politics, examined constitutional problems in the spirit of political engineering; yet he was deeply concerned with ethical problems and cultural significance of the power struggle. Weber sought to understand on the basis of his extraordinary historical knowledge and to conceptualise at a level between historical description and theory of sociological universals.
