Based on principle of individualization, every individual is unique; every organization is constituted by different combinations of individuals. This helped to create the idea of different organizational cultures. The book 'Organisational Culture and Employee's Morale' is an outcome of the research conducted by the author in leading banks and throws light on the impact of Organisational Culture on morale of employees and directs to study relationship between them. The study is related to two components of banking industry, commercial banks and co-operative banks, Out of which commercial banks dominate as a whole. The two categories of banks were compared on the basis of eleven dimensions of Organisational Culture, five dimensions of employee's morale and demographic variables.
