Ocean disasters affect the lives of many thousands of people each year. Within minutes, a ocean disaster can rip apart a community, and change the lives of its residents forever. The main objective of the book is to stimulate the communication of solutions to the multidisciplinary problems associated with ocean disasters in order to improve methods of protecting people and property.
