The recent advances in knowledge, innovation and technology in the world and in India beckons to a better world a developed India by 2020 is not a dream but mission we can accomplish and make good governance in India and beyond reality. Good governance is the use of I.T. to deliver public services in a more convenient citizen centric and cost effective manner.
