Expansion of education means development, in the journey of development, education has widened its boundaries by assuming different forms. Lack of education plus development, if any, leads to inculcate the feeling of distress mixed with the faded pleasant experiences. When a person feels himself backward in this fast process of development his steps show deviation. If this deviation is not checked destructive results may appear.
