The book deals with the origin and migration of Rengma Nagas, the tribes, now settled in the North-East religion of India, their ancestral animistic religious beliefs, faiths and ceremonies, social, economic and cultural practicies, feasts which continue to be practiced by the community. It also includes some folk tales.
