The book brings to the fore the suffering and agony of the people of Orissa living in coastal belts after the Super Cyclone. It gives an account of the vulnerability of the coastal belt people to a disaster like cyclone. It stresses upon the analysis of livelihood sector, infrastructure sector, communication network, warning system, drinking water and health facilities.
