Crime is a symbolic expression of the primitive urge in man. No man is a born criminal. Society creates crimes. Criminals commit crimes in society and continue committing crimes till they are controlled being contained in criminal web interwoven with wrap and weft of liberal laws of life and about life diviving their strength from humanistic values of society.
