Marathawada is now a part of present Maharshtra State. The history of medieval Arts and Iconography of this region dates back to the prousperous region of Chalukyas, Rashtrakutas and Yadavas. The present work deals with ancient and medeival art and sculptures of this neglected and forgotten region.
