An attempt is made in this book to give the contents of the work "Manasollasa" based on the work entitled "Manasollasa of King Bhulokamalla Somesvara". It is divided into six chapters. The first chapter discusses the life and works of Somesvara III, while the second chapter considers political and administrative topics. The third chapter described social and political conditions, and the fourth chapter deals with fine arts. The fifth chapter describes science in Manasollasa. The last chapter estimates the value of Manasollasa as the first encyclopaedia.
