DESCRIPTION
Islamic jurisprudence is the system of law described as per the Holy Quran and the Traditions of Prophet Muhammad (Pbuh). Whole of the system is governed strictly in accordance with the laws inferred, deducted or formulated by the scholars of Islam individually (diligence) or cumulatively (consensus). Whole of the Islamic jurisprudence lays maximum emphasis on two points: observance of obligatory tasks and human rights. In this observing of the deeds, justice holds supreme position. It cannot be, at any rate, compromised. Neither does it favour over punishment than required. Quran is the foremost and most authentic source of Islamic prudence. Next, come the Traditions. Present multi-volume work sheds light on various other related issues, which make it a must-possess entity.
