DESCRIPTION
The present book of Physical Chemistry has been written to meet the needs of the students of B.Sc. (Hons.) and M.Sc. Classes of different Indian Universities. The main feature of the book lies in that it serves as a text on the experimental physical chemistry, which provides both the theoretical and experimental approach to the subject in such a simple and comprehensive manner that even an average Student can perform the practical work easily. This book contains twenty-one chapters. The Author has tried his best to give Experiments on almost all aspects of common branches of the subject within the available space. First chapter deals mainly with the calibrations of weights, calibration of volumetric glasswares and cleaning and preparation of standard Solutions of the substances which are not of primary standard. A large number of tables of physical constants have also ' been given in the end of the book to cope with numerical problems which are generally faced by the students.
