PREFACE: The great gter-ston Ratna-glin-pa is the discoverer of a number of esoteric cycles that are still quite widely practiced today. Among the most popular of these teachings are the practices centering around. Avalokitesvara in the form of Thugs-rje-chen-po Gsang-ba-dus-pa. These teachings are still practiced throughout khams in the monasteries of the Karma Bka'-brgyud-pa tradition. There existed a set of blocks for printing the teachings at Dpal-spungs. It is from this set of often unclear prints that we have produced the present edition.
